Hi everyone! I began my yogic path just over two years ago on my international traveling endeavors to, for lack of better words, find myself. Having stopped in Koh Phagan Thailand (a small island off of the mother land) I came across some of the most renown, versatile, knowledgeable, incredible yogi teachers I could have ever dreamt up, and so began my new life vision. I spent months as a student learning Asana, breath work, history, anatomy, and the genuine culture behind the derivative of yoga. I am a 200 hour teacher traditionally trained in Hatha and Vinyasa flow with my knowledge and ability expanding to other practices such as yin and restorative yoga. Having had previous experience as a trainer I love finding a good balance between challenging and serene; Of course, the intent of the practice is always up to the student! All levels welcome :)
